Pepe is one of our Congo African Greys here at A Helping Wing, and he’s truly something special! He’s an independent guy who entertains himself for hours with an impressive array of sounds and whistles (you’ll never need to buy a sound machine again). He’s been making great progress — stepping up to come out of his cage, exploring his play area, and even allowing a few head scritches when he’s in the mood.<br/><br/>Pepe isn’t a “step off the truck and snuggle” kind of bird — and that’s okay!
