McSnood

Hello there on the screen! My name is McSnood. My life hasn't been the easiest so far... I started out as a pigeon on the streets. Out there it's really difficult to find food or cozy places to rest... As a result from walking the streets all day, I got some strings tangled up around my toes and let me tell you - it hurts! At first it wasn't too bad, but I couldn't get it off and it kept on getting tighter until my toes started falling off. It kept on getting worse until my left foot had no toes left! My right foot luckily only lost one toe, so I can balance a bit better on that side. The days became more and more uncomfortable on the hard ground with my open wounds until someone finally noticed my distress and I ended up at GLPR! Now I really enjoy laying on soft blankets, which feel so soothing. That doesn't mean I can't walk though! I'm a tough pigeon and I'll make the best out of it. Unfortunately people in the city aren't always nice to us pigeons, but if you want so sit by me that's okay… Please bring me home and have some patience with me, and we will learn to trust each other!
