Meet John Snow

John Snow is a young, grey ring neck dove that we are estimating to be about 2 years old. He came in from living with another dove in the home who he was not getting along with, so he would be appreciative if he was the only pet in his enclosure. He came in with a good amount of his tail feathers missing and is recovering nicely here at the shelter. It would be preferred if the person interested in John Snow has experience handling doves or a similar breed, since he would benefit so much from someone who can handle him correctly! One of our favorite things we have noticed about John is how he hackles like a baby hyena which is very common for this breed of dove.
