Eva is a young 6-year old female Severe macaw (Chestnut-fronted). Smaller macaws don't know they are small! They have big personalities. And we have seen them often in Brazil where they chatter amongst each other all day long. So be prepared for providing lots of enrichment, puzzles, foraging, and even some trick training to keep that big personality engaged and thriving. Finding things to do that don't involve lots of touching is important with high energy birds. Eva has a big vocabulary too, so we hope you are a good listener :-). <br/><br/>She's a great fresh food eater too, some of her many favorites are snap peas, pomegranate, celery, and plantain for starters!
