Chip's Story
Chip is a very young ringneck dove who is just starting to come into himself as a handsome young man. We're not sure his history or how he was found, but he was sprung from the local shelter and could be cooing from his room all the way into the lobby when our volunteer went to pick him up. He had a LOT to say about being cooped up in a shelter (get it, coo-ped?) Now he's at his foster home with doves who are much older than him, so he'd like to find a home with other young and sprightly friends. He's currently learning to wear pigeon diapers, and will loaf in his foster mom's lap! We know Chip is going to make one spunky lil companion for someone! Please apply to adopt http://www.pigeonrescue.org/birds/apply-to-foster-or-adopt/
