Chico has been DNA sexed male<br/><br/>He is truly a gentle giant who isn't overly loud and warms up very quickly. He has a preference for women but is not aggressive toward men.<br/><br/>While in foster care, Chico has transitioned from a diet that consisted of mainly pasta and other human food to one of pellets and chop. He was slow to transition, but now eats his food heartily. He loves almonds and pine nuts as treats, and takes them very nicely from the adults in his foster home.<br/><br/>Chico has allowed his foster mom to give him scratches on his head.<br/><br/>Chico is not bothered by or aggressive toward the other birds in his foster house. He spent his first 29 years living in a house with 3 other parrots, and interacted well with them.<br/><br/>He should be adopted by a home with another bird, as that is what he is used to.<br/><br/>Chico has been disease tested for PBFD and Chlamydia.<br/><br/>Chico is being fostered in Cherry Hill, NJ.
