Friendly, curious, and full of chatter, she loves to talk and will happily sing along if you sing to her. Her vocabulary seems to grow every day, and she's always eager to be part of whatever is happening around her.<br/><br/>Ruby is easygoing and steps right up onto hands. Gentle to the core, she has never shown any inclination to bite. Her foster family is convinced she doesn't even know how! She enjoys spending time both inside and outside of her cage and is perfectly content relaxing on her favorite perch, chatting with her people, or enjoying a good meal. While she wasn't interested in toys when she first arrived, she's recently started chewing on them from time to time, showing us she's becoming more confident and comfortable in her surroundings.<br/><br/>Bath time is one of Ruby's favorite activities. She confidently uses her shower perch, enjoys regular baths to support her skin and feather health, and has one particularly adorable habit: every time the vacuum comes out, she hops into her water bowl for a little splash.<br/><br/>Ruby has been around other birds on several occasions and has shown absolutely no reaction, making her a great candidate for a home with or without feathered companions.
