Cesar is a 31+ year old female Green-Cheeked (Aka Red-Crowned Or Mexican Red-Headed) Amazon parrot. Many birds of this species and age were often wild caught; but Cesar is still very young by Amazon parrot standards! <br/><br/>As usual, we don't have a lot of knowledge about Cesar's past habits and preferences. But that's ok! Birds move forward and are great at living in the "now." Cesar seems pretty easy going and low key. But in the evening hours, she has a lot more to say. If you have been around birds already, you know that's a time of day that expressing your opinion is part of nature!<br/><br/>IMPORTANT PROCESS INFORMATION: Before we can discuss a specific bird with you, we ask that you follow our adoption and education process. Some birds are in foster homes that may adopt them, but there are many other birds waiting for our help who are not yet posted in PetFinders. We do not ship birds. However, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for our online events. Parrots are unique and they deserve us to be informed caretakers.
