Cauliflower (local Midwest adoption only)'s Story
Cauliflower is a tiny and beautiful pure white ringneck dove who was likely a dumped pet, found on a residential sidewalk by a good samaritan. When found, his back tail feathers had been lost as he fled a predator, and he struggling to fly properly. Upon rescue, he instantly calmed when offered a new cage, jumped right into a swing, and puffed up like a little floret of cauliflower. He is a calm and sweet bird who loves to perch on his foster mom or loaf somewhere high up to observe and monitor household operations. He shares his lovely voice for his daily morning salutations and bedtime lullabies, and has lots of love to share with his very lucky forever home!
