This is also an opportunity to address any concerns or questions you may have. 5. **Adoption Approval**: Once the application is approved and the home visit is completed, we finalize the adoption. Adopters sign an adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee, which helps cover the cost of the animal's care. 6. **Transition Support**: We provide resources and support to help with the transition, including advice on care, training, and integration into your home. 7. **Follow-Up**: Our commitment doesn’t end at adoption.
