Randolph Ocho The Third's Story
🐷✨ Meet Randolph Ocho the Third, The Littlest Fighter With the Biggest Heart ✨🐷

Now accepting pre-applications

Tiny, determined, and impossibly sweet Randolph is a young piglet whose story is as heart-tugging as it is inspiring. He arrived at Blind Spot Animal Sanctuary far younger than any piglet should have to fend for himself. He was found all alone at a motel in Durham. Unsure, fragile, and in need of urgent care, Randolph quickly showed us that he is small but mighty.

Despite everything he has been through, he greets each day with bright eyes, a gentle personality, and the softest little snuffles that melt every heart he meets. He’s learning what comfort feels like, what full bellies mean, and how safe hands can change a life.

Right now, Randolph is still very young, and he has a long veterinary journey ahead including vaccinations, a neuter, and hernia repair once he is big and strong enough. Until he reaches those milestones, he will remain in our care…but we are opening pre-adoption applications so his forever family can be ready when he is.

Randolph deserves a life filled with love, safety, and companionship and we are committed to ensuring exactly that.

⸻

🌿 Adoption Requirements for Randolph

To be considered for adopting Randolph, the following must be met:

📍 Location
• Must reside in North Carolina and within a reasonable driving distance to Blind Spot Animal Sanctuary.

🐾 Animal Care Standards
• All current animals in the home — including farm animals — must be fully vetted.
• Absolutely no breeding or slaughter may take place on the property.

🏡 Legal Requirements
• Property must be properly zoned for livestock.

🌱 Space & Environment
• Must have sufficient yard or property space appropriate for pigs.
• Must provide secure, safe fencing to protect and contain Randolph.

🐖 Housing

If Randolph will not live indoors:
• He must have a properly built pig house — warm, insulated, wind-protected, and heated in cold months.
• The structure must include a ramp for easy access in and out.

🐷 Companionship
• Randolph must have a fully vetted pig companion.
• If you do not already have a spayed/neutered pig, we have many wonderful adoptable pigs who would love to join him in a forever home.

If you are seriously interested l, pls fill out an adoption application on our website
