Ulna's Story
Our adoption process can be found on our website here: www.mnpocketpetrescue.org/process

________________________________________________________________________________

Estimated birth date: 10/1/2025

Personality: Curious, Energetic, Friendly toward humans, Friendly toward other animals, Hesitant, Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc). She is the most shy of the three but we are making progress. In the bathtub during free roam time she crawls all over her foster but she does run away from their hand. She is beautiful with her dark, shiny coat and big ears! When she first came home she would tentatively walk up to a hand for a treat, grab it and run and hide with it. Then she progressed to walking on the hand to get a treat, though you could feel her body quivering with nervousness. Now she occasionally will sit on the hand and eat her treat and there is no quivering. We are making progress!

Favorite treats: Cheerios and raw or cooked oatmeal.

Current Diet: Oxbow Essentials Mouse & Young Rat Food, Fruit, Veggies, Leafy Greens

Favorite toys and activities: She loves her exercise wheels and plastic tube.

Potty trained: No

This animals daily routine: She is nocturnal and uses her exercise wheels at night. Breakfast at 7:00, treats during the day, dinner at 5:00. Bathtub free roam time late afternoon/ evening.

BFF (Does this animal have or need a friend of the same species in their home?): Femur, Humerus, & Ulna are a bonded trio and must be adopted together.

Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: None

Has this animal been exposed to children? What was their reaction? None

Health concerns: None

Behavioral concerns: None

Other notes: Femur, Humerus, & Ulna came to MNPPR when their previous family became allergic.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the PetSmart - 18050 Zane St NW, Elk River, MN 55330 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Femur, Humerus, & Ulna have a combined adoption fee of $20

We absolutely DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS! Please do not ask.

Ulna's care while in rescue has not yet been sponsored. If you would like to donate to provide veterinary care, food, bedding, and enrichment for Femur or other pocket pets in the care of MNPPR, please visit https://www.mnpocketpetrescue.org/sponsor-a-pocket-pet for more information.
