Meet Tigger & Splat , a bonded pair of 3-year-old male Degus. What is a Degu? We like to call them “mini chinchillas,” as they are closely related and their care is very similar. They can live for 10+ years!<br/><br/>Tigger & Splat are curious, sweet and a little shy. They love taking healthy treats from their favorite person’s hands, running on their wheel, coming out of their cage to explore during free-roam time....and...taking dust baths! (which is adorable to watch!)<br/><br/>The boys have been well-loved and cared for since their rescuer took them in. Her long work hours are making it difficult for her to give the boys the attention they need.<br/><br/>Their care is not difficult...just specific.
