Thelma is the darker standard. She's stubborn and determined to have her way. Louise is the slightly smaller and lighter standard grey. She's equally stubborn but malleable—typical chinchilla behavior.<br/><br/>We believe that, while they were well provided for, they were not handled very regularly. They have absolutely no idea how to react to being held and handled, and with me being so sick, I don't have the patience to make them sit still any more than I have<br/><br/>They'll be moving into their foster home tomorrow, and I'm certain that during their maternity hold, they'll become more accustomed to being handled and get more comfortable with it. They are very beautiful girls and very soft. Their fur was so pristine until I fur slipped one while checking her teeth out, I quit!<br/><br/>They won't be available for adoption for 120 days minimum, that's a long time to have occupied cage space while so full, but it's the responsibility we assume by accepting them.<br/><br/>To adopt, you must apply with Cali_FID Rescue.
