"The Brave Boys" MacIntosh, MacGuffin & Mor'Du's Story

Meet "The Brave Boys"!!

These three boys are actually bonded and always have been from when they were younger! There used to be a fourth, but he decided he wanted to do adventures alone, hehe! These boys are currently in foster, so if you would love to meet them, we would need to know in advance to coordinate with their foster for a meet and greet!! Below is individual information provided by their amazing foster for each boy!

**MacGuffin** (1st Boy Pictured)
Roughly 3 years old, MacGuffin is the “Buddha boy” of the group. So easy going, he is the first to come up when dinner and treats are being offered. He loves burying himself in fresh hay after a cage cleaning, and is the best snuggle buddy.

He’s a little shy at first, but once he trusts you, he will be one of the first to greet you when you enter the room, and is the most curious about what you’re doing when you’re around. MacGuffin is the best at a “paws up” command (used when picking him up), especially when he is ready to go from dinner in the playpen back to his cage.

**MacIntosh** (2nd Boy Pictured)

We think he is also 3 years old, and definitely the “low man” of the group. Everyone tends to assert their dominance over MacIntosh, but he has learned to either tolerate it or tell his brothers when he’s had enough with a kick or a face-off, but no fighting.

He takes a bit to warm up, but is getting braver each day, and no longer completely flattens out when we hold him, and will be curious about his surroundings when we walk around with him.

All three boys have been very silly, and have a lot of personality once they are comfortable in their home. We have discovered that they really like enclosed hideys, like castles and pigloos, but will have no reservations about “redecorating” if they don’t like where things are placed. We have come home to castles and tunnels being completely moved (or turned upside down) from where they were placed an hour prior.

Favorite treats include carrots, bamboo leaves, watermelon rinds and timothy seed heads. All boys are very healthy (as of their most recent vet visit on January 13, 2025), but should go in for teeth trims regularly.

**Mor’Du** (3rd Boy Pictured)

About 4 years old, Mor’du is fairly shy, and holds back to observe things before joining in. He is careful and curious; he wants to know what you are doing, but from the safety of a hidey or at the back of the group.

He doesn’t do the “paws up” command as frequently, but will wait patiently while you return his brothers to the cage before being ready to go back home.

***Foster provides routine vet care alongside her personal piggies and would be happy to provide all vet records upon adoption.***
