Meet Swiffer! He is an adorable Chinchilla. Swiffer was found as a stray living on the streets before we got him. He has come a really long way and is learning to trust humans. He now walks onto his foster mom's arm cautiously for treats and is much more tolerant of scritches! He just needs a little time to warm up and know he is safe. Swiffer's ideal home will have another male chinchilla to do slow introductions with to see if they can be pals, or even have another chinchilla in a cage next to his! Chinchillas living requirements also include at least a 3 story, 5 ft tall enclosure, with time to free roam in a minimum 5 ft by 5 ft area. Each of our chinchillas receives a microchip before adoption.
