Sven & Bjorn 's Story

Introducing Sven and Bjorn. These boys are not in rescue but we have been asked to aid in them finding a FURever home. We had the pleasure of watching the boys for a few weeks so we got to know them quite well. These adorable boys are around 6-8 months old. They came from a pet store who was unable to sell them due to Sven having CBS. CBS is a lifelong condition that effects the skull. Generally piggies with this live happy and normal lives. Having a great veterinarian would be important to have on hand as he will need yearly check ups and need a vet where you can get in if anything does come up. The most common issue with a CBS piggie is upper respiratory infections, which are easily treated with antibiotics. We would be happy to provide resources, and advice since we have had many piggies with CBS in our care before. His medical records would also be provided with his adoption. The boys are a bonded pair that has a LOT of energy. These boys are both very active, talkative and always watching what you are doing. The boys are so busy, they aren't very cuddly, as they would be prefer running around and exploring. They can be coaxed to sit still as long as there are yummy snacks involved. These boys would benefit from a lot of space, enrichment and ability for them to be housed in a central location in the home to watch all the action.
