Spike and Caramel

These two older fellows were surrendered to the rescue and they looked really old, and they were skin and bones (for guinea pigs). Really thought they wouldn't last the month, but they proved me wrong! Yeah! Started by offering larger portions of pellets and veggies with lots and lots of hay, and in about 3 weeks they completely changed. Spike and Caramel are more active, have some good weight to them and do not look as aged. Good nutrition and maybe a little more love helped transform these 4 years olds around. Oh and Caramel has an old eye injury. <br/><br/>Our rescue is not open to the public. Adoptions are made at our adoption events OR by special arrangements made by CBT and potential adopter.... We are located in Dearborn MO. We are willing to meet within a resonable distance.
