These sweet babies were surrendered from a breeder with health issues at only 4 weeks old. Hairless rats are prone to having more issues than regular rats but these 2 made a come thru! They came in with a third brother who sadly didn’t make it. He was either rejected by his mom or possibly bullied by siblings, but he was dehydrated, cold, and shutting down before he got here. The 2nd brother was missing an eye from a similar bullying issue. We treated with pain & antibiotic meds for a few weeks & now he’s running around good as new! The breeder wasn’t sure if mom or dad was trying to kill the babies or if the siblings were picking on each other, but they decided to surrender the 3rd hairless brother along with the injured 2. Rats need a companion so luckily these babies have each other. They were nursed for about 3 weeks & they’re ready for homes now!
