We are treating for an inner ear infection, but believe his head tilt is permanent. Behavioral concerns: None Other notes: Shakespeare came to MNPPR when his cage mate passed away, and his previous home was unable to take on additional rats to be with him. Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies, 910 Wildwood Rd, Mahtomedi, MN 55115 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
