Rocky & Ziggy

Rocky (3-year-old male) and Ziggy (5-year-old male) were surrendered separately to us after their cage mates passed away. Since they were both with other pigs in the past, we decided to bond them. They took to each other immediately and can usually be found cuddling under the blankets together. Both Rocky and Ziggy are sweet and curious and would likely fit into most homes. These two are currently living with a foster family and doing very well. Both piggies love their evening greens and popcorning around their freshly cleaned cage together. <br/><br/>Guinea pigs are active, gentle, relatively low-maintenance pets that love companionship and make great pets for gentle children six years old and up. Guinea pigs are happiest when they have a clean cage and lots of socialization time with their person. They require fresh hay and greens (lettuce, parsley, basil, etc.) daily, and adopters should consider this expense when adding a guinea pig to their family.
