Plato, Aristotle, & Socrates's Story

Plato (dark standard), Aristotle (violet), and Socrates (standard) are a bonded trio of 3 year old male chinchillas. Their estimated DOB is August 2023. They came to us due to landlord issues. These boys are charming and definitely friendlier than average! Aristotle in particular is the friendliest, but they all are okay with a bit of petting and don't fuss too much when picked up. They love running on their wheel, chewing up sticks, lounging in cozy hammocks, and begging for treats. Plato is a fan of taking naps out in the open and tricking us into thinking he is dead... Nope! Just cozy. These boys are young and have a long life ahead of them. They would be delighted to keep you company for the next 10+ years. Their combined adoption fee is $250 total. We can meet for adoptions within 1 hour of Minneapolis or Faribault, MN. Potentially further- please inquire and we can discuss. Tiny Whiskers Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

The first step is to fill out an adoption application. This includes questions about their proposed enclosure for the animal, food, enrichment, and whether they have an exotic vet or not. We review the response and contact them with any questions we have. Once all questions have been answered and approved, we move on to the second step. This involves submitting multiple photos of their enclosure, fully set up for their animal. We inspect the photos and address any concerns we see. Once we can ascertain that the enclosure meets our requirements, we give final approval for adoption. A meet up is arranged for the person to take home their new pet. At the meet up, we have a contact that must be signed by the person (or legal adult) agreeing to take proper care of the animal, not to breed it, and that they will contact us if the animal becomes sick within the first week, or if they are unable to care for the animal any longer.
