Orion's Story
Orion is a one year old female roborovski hamster. She came to Tiny Whiskers Animal rescue with her two brothers, Delphinus and Caelum.

Orion is a typical roborovski who has energy to spare. She is the most energetic of the trio. Orion is usually the first one up in the evening and loves to run in her wheel as fast as she can. She does startle easily, but she is getting better about human interaction.

While Orion would do fine with a beginner or experienced owner, we believe she would do best with no young children. Roborovski’s can become very excited and be difficult to catch and their legs in particular would not handle rough treatment.
