Oreo and Milkshake Guinea Pig Short-Haired Brooklyn, NY

Oreo and Milkshake are two powerfully cute little cavy boys with big personalities. They are very well bonded, often sitting together under the same fleece cuddle tunnel or side-by-side eating from a pile of hay. Extremely curious, Oreo and Milkshake immediately investigate any small change you make to their floortime or cage, honking with glee. Though at first, they were quite timid about getting picked up, gentle and patient handling (not to mention some bribing with lettuces) will pay off for you, as it has for us. We now see them relaxing into lap-time every day.
They are used to plenty of clean space, attention, unlimited hay, daily pellets and vegetables, and, most importantly, loving caretakers. If you’ve got a heart as big as these little cuties, they may be just what the doctor ordered.

Healthy and secure, they have been adopted before to a home whose circumstances had changed in the wake of the COVID19 crisis, and returned to us.

Adoptable as pair only, the boys are just under two years old, and in good health.
We are looking for a family who can carry out the task, responsibly, and privilege of providing Oreo and Milkshake with a stable, nurturing, and loving forever home.
