Nox, Peridot, Zircon & Obsidian's Story
Nox is most confident friendly of the group. He has been doing a great job helping his new cage mates be brave! He is an active little guy who enjoys the occasional tickle or play with a feather. In the rare calm moment, he likes a good ear rub. He has the potential to be a real love bug!

Obsidian is a sweet shy boy but he is getting more confident every day. He likes his treats and will happily lick baby food off your fingers for as long as you let him. His love of food is really helping him open up and learn that everything isn't so scary.

Zircon is a cute energetic boy! He is the second bravest of the group and has made great strides lately. He's quick to leave his hiding spot during free roam, and make his way to you and climb up your shirt. Give him a little more time and he'll probably be a great shoulder rat.

Peridot is a bit timid but so cute. He has learned to come to the front of the cage when the treat container is shaken. He is a little picky about his snacks- until he sees that his brothers are eating them. He prefers to stay in the bonding pouch during free roam but has started following his brothers around to explore. Seeing his cage mates be brave is really helping his own confidence grow.

These four boys are a good mix of personalities and lovely colors/patterns! They all get along well and happily snuggle together. They are very good at eating their veggies and are getting faster and faster at solving their food puzzles. The two shyest are a still a little nervous and like to hide in a corner, but after you give them a treat they will come to the front of the cage looking for more. They are all often found snoozing away in their hammocks, but catch them at a high energy moment and theyll be hopping around the bottom of the cage playfully, reminding you that they're still youngsters!
