Personality: Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc), Playful, Energetic, Nervous

Favorite treats: Dried dandelion & rose hips

Current Diet: Oxbow Essentials Chinchilla Food

Favorite toys and activities: Loves dust baths and chewing on wood the most!

Potty trained: No

This animal’s daily routine: Out of the cage time twice a day. Fresh hay, pellets, & water every evening. Spot clean cage daily (they’re used to reaching in with a handheld vacuum) and deep clean once a week.

BFF (Does this animal have or need a friend of the same species in their home?): Mayfly & Junebug are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Health concerns: None.

Behavioral concerns: None

Mayfly & Junebug were transferred into our care when space became limited at another rescue.

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies, 910 Wildwood Rd, Mahtomedi, MN 55115 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Mayfly & Junebug have a combined adoption fee of $250
