Kody's Story

Meet Kip and Kody, our gorgeous Silkie boys!

These two handsome piggies are as stunning as they are sweet. With their long, flowing coats and gentle personalities, they're sure to capture your heart. They are absolute cuddle bugs who enjoy spending time with friends, and have loud and joyful wheeks!

Right now, the boys are living separately. They've found that being surrounded by the sights and smells of nearby lady guinea pigs has been making it difficult for them to relax together. Despite this, they continue to show positive signs that they would enjoy each other's company once again under the right circumstances.

For an experienced guinea pig family with bonding knowledge, these handsome boys have great potential to become a bonded pair once more. A spacious enclosure, plenty of room to establish their own territories, and a home without nearby female guinea pigs would give them the best chance to rebuild their friendship at their own pace.

If you're willing to invest a little time and patience, you could be rewarded with watching these two boys rediscover the companionship they seem to be looking for. Of course, if they ultimately decide they'd rather remain neighbors than roommates, they're also perfectly happy enjoying life as next door neighbors.

With questions about these sweet guinea pigs, or any of our other small animals available for adoption, e-mail Smallies@rispca.org!
