Kermit's Story

Kermit is a shy guy available for adoption with one or more of his sons. It's difficult to say, but we think he might have come from a feeder situation, which explains his lack of socialization. Neither he nor any of his sons are bitey. He's looking for a compassionate family who can work with gaining his trust and will enjoy knowing they've given a good home to a little guy who came from a bad situation.

Adoption application is the first step. Then we have a personal conversation about their experience and education level for specific animal. We make sure our adopters have the proper set up and diet. We complete a home visit if necessary and help set up the adopter’s new pet’s habitat if needed.
