*NEW ARRIVALS**<br/>These 3 young Syrian hamsters are just a few of the many animals that were rescued from a backyard breeder. The person became overwhelmed and fortunately contacted a rescue to step in. <br/>Our friends at Westchester Rescued Hamster Haven contacted us to help and we just couldn't say no - look at those faces! Thanks to some amazing volunteers they were transported to us yesterday, and are settling in nicely. The boys (who need names!) will be officially available for adoption in about 2-3 weeks. The boys will be looking for their own batchelor pads, as Syrian hamsters are solitary animals - they prefer to have a large cage all to themselves! We are also looking for foster homes for hamsters. This would be a short term commitment to help us socialize and care for them until they find their forever home. Please message us for more information!
