Dallas & Peabody's Story
Meet Dallas and Peabody, two best buds who are looking for their forever home! At around 2 years old, this guinea pig duo may be different in looks and personalities, but together they make the perfect pair.

Dallas is a tricolor (white, orange, and dark brown) short-hair pig with the sweetest heart. He may be a little shy at first, but win him over with some lettuce and head scratches and you’ll have a loyal friend by your side.

Peabody, on the other hand, is a fluffy Peruvian with shades of light black and grey whose hairdo matches his personality—he truly goes wherever the wind takes him! He’s less about snuggles and more about being the life of the party (if Peabody’s there, it’s a party), but he’ll always slow down for his secret weakness: lettuce.

Together, Dallas and Peabody balance each other perfectly—sweet and gentle and independent and goofy. If you’re ready to give these two boys a loving home full of patience, play, and plenty of lettuce, Dallas and Peabody can’t wait to meet you!

Interested in adopting Dallas and Peabody? Please take a moment to fill out an online adoption application at the following link: https://www.lunashouse.org/php_email_form/formphp.html

Once we have received and approved your completed application, we can schedule a time for you to come meet with available piggies. You will be coming to our Animal Care and Education Center, located at 2801 Pulaski Highway in Edgewood, MD.

The adoption fee for a pair of neutered male guinea pigs is $85. The adoption fee is a donation meant to help us offset part of the cost of caring for the animals you are adopting while they are with us, including veterinary exam, spay or neuter surgery, fecal check, food, bedding, etc. Collection of adoption fees helps us to continue to help animals in need.
