Clarence and Alvin's Story
SPECIAL NEEDS GUINEA PIG:<br/><br/>Clarence is a teddy mix that is around a year old. This sweet boy is so gentle and absolutely loves his young cagemate, Alvin. These boys were brought in by a family that didn't seem to pay much attention to them. During intake, Alvin appeared to have a neurological issue which that family promptly denied. The next day, upon examination, it was obvious Alvin had something wrong that caused him to go on circles when he was excited. He's such a good boy and takes his medication without any problems. The vet feels that at some point, Alvin had an inner ear infection that went untreated, causing long term issues when moving. <br/><br/>Alvin actually gets along very well and the circling isn't all the time. He's a happy piggie and loves to play with Clarence.
