Cher came to MNPPR after her owner could no longer provide proper time to care for her.
Due to our rescue being foster based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the PetSmart, 7240 E Point Douglas Rd S #190, Cottage Grove, MN 55016 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
