They’ve grown up with us and have spent the past year watching other rats come and go, still patiently hoping their turn will come.<br/><br/>Calliope is the life of the part! playful, curious, and just the right amount of mischievous. She’s always ready to explore, investigate, and keep you smiling with her antics.<br/><br/>Shadow, true to her name, started out a bit more reserved, but she has blossomed beautifully over time. With patience and love, she’s really come out of her shell and enjoys being part of the action alongside her sister.<br/><br/>Together, they make a wonderful pair balancing each other perfectly and bringing both fun and gentle companionship.<br/><br/>Like all rats, Calliope and Shadow thrive with friends and must be adopted into a home with other female rats or neutered males, as rats do best in groups of three or more. They would love a home that will continue to give them the companionship, enrichment, and love they deserve.<br/><br/>After a whole year in rescue, these girls are more than ready for their happily ever after.
