Beanie's Story

Say hello to Nellie and Beanie!

These two one-year-old guinea pig girls are looking for a loving forever home; preferably one that appreciates a little sass mixed in with a whole lot of sweetness. With their adorable Abyssinian swirls and soft Rex-style coats, they're as cute as they are quirky!

Shy at first, this bonded pair takes time to warm up to new people and new places. Sudden movements and loud noises can make them skitter for cover. Once they feel safe, their personalities peek out in the most charming ways. You'll soon notice their side-eyed sass, their quiet chatter to each other, and the confident little hops they make when they think no one is watching.

Because they are sensitive and easily startled, these girls would thrive in a calm home with older children (10+), patient adults, and plenty of gentle handling. With love, consistency, and a cozy environment, they'll blossom into wonderful companions.

With questions about Nellie and Beanie, or any of our other small animals available for adoption, e-mail Smallies@RISPCA.org.
