What was their reaction? Yes - older children. Let's them hold him.

Health concerns: Battleship battles chronic URIs.
Medical note: Battleship, Risk, and Catan are spayed/neutered.

Behavioral concerns: Battleship has always been pretty friendly. He used to lunge for treats when offered, but is doing better with that. The concern originally was lunging at fingers, thinking they were food. We've been working on gaining trust through treats and holding him. He's doing great. He grabs food quickly, so be careful when handing it to him.

AS OF 10/22/25, Battleship has graduated from the trust training program!

Transferred from The Pipsqueakery

Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. This animal's foster parent prefers to meet at the PetSmart, 299 12th St SW, Forest Lake, MN 55025 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Battleship, Risk & Catan have a combined adoption fee of $350

We absolutely DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS!
