Aster & Iris (The Flower Girls)'s Story
Fostered in Manchester, NH.

UPDATE 12/2/25:

These girls are fun! My grandson loves playing with them.

They don’t tolerate being held, but are easy to carry in a snuggle sack. Althea makes them for me and I give one to every adopter that takes home rats that prefer it to bare hands.

They get along well with each other but don’t accept new rats. They will provide hours of entertainment with something as simple as a piece of packing paper.

I would adopt them myself but I can’t keep every foster that steals my heart 😉

UPDATE 8/4/25:

Looking for endless hours of fun and laughter? Look no further! These girls really keep the fun going. Bonus they are also gorgeous.

They were shy with humans when they arrived but have made exceptional progress and are now a favorite group of my grandsons.

Iris is ready for any adventure. Pictures don’t do her justice. Probably in part because she rarely sits still long enough to get a picture. She enjoys the “pool” and dig box and cheerio parties.

Aster is a little more laid back, but still loves a good cheerio party and finding cool stuff to build nests with.

These girls all prefer to use a snuggle sack to be carried rather than bare hands.

These girls would do best in a home where they will not be introduced to other rats.
