Aspen & Willow's Story
Meet Aspen & Willow

Aspen and Willow are a bonded pair of female gerbils with a story of resilience and second chances. They came to us after a traumatic cat attack that sadly took the life of their sister. Despite everything they’ve been through, these two girls have remained gentle, social, and full of life.

Aspen required a partial tail amputation due to her injuries, but she has healed well and continues to thrive. She may be a bit more cautious when it comes to being picked up, but with patience and a gentle approach, she does well and continues to gain confidence.

Willow is the more outgoing of the pair and is especially comfortable with handling. She helps bring Aspen out of her shell and together they make a wonderful, balanced duo.

Both girls are social, curious, and enjoy interacting with their people. They would do best in a calm, patient home that understands their past and will continue to help them feel safe and secure.

Aspen and Willow have already overcome so much, now they’re just waiting for a loving forever home where they can finally relax and just be gerbils again.
