Annie's Story
Annie is a young female guinea pig, under a year old. She was rescued from a herd of over 60 guinea pigs that were dumped outside in Orlando.

She can be very dominant with another female cagemate but would love a neighbor piggy to chat through the bars with.

All the piggies from this dumped case are a bit skittish, and Annie is no different. But she LOVES piggy treats and will take them gently from your hand.

Annie will probably be best in an experienced guinea pig home.

Please do your research on these pets - they need a clean environment, wooden chew toys, high quality pellets, fresh veggies and hay daily! Also, we do have cage size requirements for these types of pets. They need to be able to run around and have fun in their cage. (Google "C&C cages" online or go to www.guinealynx.com for info on guinea pigs and cages). Please remember guinea pigs live an average of 6 years. Be prepared for having them for that long!

For more information, please contact their foster mom at cathy17@cfl.rr.com or 321 795 9015. Our adoption fees for guinea pigs are $25 for one, $40 for a pair. This fee helps us with food, fresh vegetables, bedding, veterinary care if needed and medicines while in foster care.
