Amelia May's Story

Introducing Amelia May! Amelia May is very sweet. She is a night owl and wakes up around 11pm and is awake until ~6am. She LOVES running on her wheel, but she makes it messy so it has to be cleaned often. Amelia will crawl out on your hands and is very adventurous. She isn't one to sit down and snuggle you as she is very busy. She would do best in a LARGE enclosure with lots of enrichment. We found out she is quite the chewer so she needs to be monitored with any plastic in her cage as she destroyed a hide within a few days. We are happy to discuss and show you various enrichment items to help keep her busy. Since she is so busy she would benefit greatly from a playpen which would be like a second enclosure that she only gets to go in when she is monitored. We are a foster based rescue out of Olympia WA.
