We are not a shelter, but a foster home-based rescue, and these animals are all housed individually with foster families.<br/><br/>Please review our application carefully and ensure everyone in the family is ready for the lifelong responsibility and commitment of family pets.<br/><br/>Meet the real-life Alvin and the Chipmunks! <br/>Alvin, Simon, and Theodore are a bonded trio of guinea pig brothers estimated to be around 4–5 months old. They came to us from a home with many other small animals and were understandably very timid at first. With daily, gentle handling, they’re slowly becoming more comfortable and are beginning to open up with their foster.<br/><br/>These boys will thrive with a patient adopter who is willing to give them the time and consistency they need to build confidence as they grow. Like many siblings, they occasionally squabble over veggies at mealtime, so we’re working on encouraging them to stick to their individual hides during feedings.<br/><br/>PLEASE NOTE: Alvin, Simon & Theodore will only be adopted out within 40 miles of the Rochester, NY area
