Vivian & Blake Turtle Yellow-Bellied Slider Edgewood, MD

We would like to introduce Vivian & Blake, a beautiful pair of young adult yellow-bellied sliders!

These lovely ladies were surrendered to an area shelter when their previous guardians decided they could no longer care for them. We are delighted to have Vivian & Blake with us here, as they are the most adorable pair of turts we've ever known. They are the best of friends and love to swim together, bask on their pier together, dine together...they are all but inseparable :)

Vivian and Blake are still growing girls--they are currently in a 50-gallon stock tank but will need a larger tank as they grow, ideally one 75-gallon or larger. They also request a pier like the one they have, and/or similar basking spots upon which they can catch some rays.

Once we have received and approved your completed application, we can
schedule a time for you to meet Vivian & Blake. You will be coming to our
Animal Care and Education Center, located at 2801 Pulaski Highway in
Edgewood, MD.

Our adoption fee for a pair of turtles from Luna's House is $40. This is a donation meant to help us cover part of the cost of caring for the animal you are adopting while (s)he is with us, including veterinary exam, food,
supplies, etc.
