Meet Taco! <br/><br/>This spicy little tamale is Taco, a red-eared slider who came to us as a stray. Taco arrived with an injury to the bottom of his shell, consistent with possibly being dropped. He also has some shell deformation from not receiving proper care earlier in life, but our vet says this handsome gentleman is otherwise in good shape!<br/><br/>Our vet estimates Taco to be approximately 15–20 years old. Red-eared sliders can live for 30 years or more with proper care, so Taco is looking for someone ready to give him the proper care and love he deserves for many years to come. <br/><br/>Red-eared sliders have specific care requirements, and we strongly encourage anyone interested in Taco to do their research before applying.
