Homer's Story

Meet Homer, a roughly 20 year old, 46.6 pound, male sulcata tortoise. He does have pretty rough pyramiding, but is bright, alert and active. Homer is a super friendly guy and quite curious about his surroundings. He has been with our rescue since October 10 and is super excited to find his forever home!

Since Homer is a very large tortoise, he will need at least a 25'x12' enclosure. Outdoor pens must be secured into the ground at least 12 inches to ensure he will not dig and escape.

If you are interested in adopting Homer, please reach out to us at christinaspets@netzero.net or start an inquiry on this page.
Must be able to travel to the Palmerton, PA area for pick up.

After ensuring the adopter is ready for the animal, we set up a time for them to come and meet the pet.
