Dragonfly's Story

Intake date: 8/18/24 Status: Available Dragonfly is an adult male leopard gecko. He was transferred to us from another rescue after being seized from a hoarding case. Dragonfly was thin on intake but gained weight back on intake. He is an absolutely beautiful gecko, but is extremely skittish and does not like being handled. He tested negative for cryptosporidium and has a great appetite. His adoption fee is $50. This gecko will require a minimum 36" x 18" x 12" enclosure. Please complete our adoption application. Application reviews typically take 3-5 business days. Adopters must agree to the following terms: - To care for the animal according to modern accepted husbandry practices - To seek veterinary care from an appropriate exotic animal veterinarian if necessary - To never breed the animal and take any measures necessary to prevent reproduction - To contact BeWild if you are no longer able to care for the animal - To never rehome/surrender the animal without allowing BeWild the option to reclaim it - To pick up the animal in Durham, NC within 7 days of approval
