Chad's Story
Meet Chad.

This poor African Sideneck Turtle was abandoned in a college dormitory ?. He is a male. We are not certain of his age, but we assume he is a young adult. He is shy, but he has his favorite foods, and he will always come up onto his dock to eat his favorite foods.

All Chad needs is someone who enjoys feeding him and keeping his company. He is currently in a 55 gallon tank that is adequate for his size, but he will need something bigger soon so he can move about more freely. We will include his current tank, heat lamp, pump/filter, basking dock and other supplies with his adoption fee.

The first part of our process is to have you complete our adoption application. This helps us make compatible matches. You can find the application on our indigorescue.org website under the Adoption tab. We’ll get back to you from there.
**Please note: Indigo Rescue only adopts to homes within 30 miles of Beaverton, Oregon. Thank you
