Cardi's Story

Meet Cardi! She is a BCI Boa Constrictor Imperator. Commonly called a red-tail boa. You might guess from her name that she is thiccc! She’s about 7 feet long and nearly 15 pounds. This baby was found abandoned in a rental property and brought to our rescue. She is in surprisingly good condition and has a calm temperament. She will require a large enclosure and prey that is at least the size of a jumbo rat. Vet check is in progress, but she is eating and soaking and has shed once. We will require proof of an appropriate enclosure. Large snake experience recommended.
