Cali_FID Parrot & Exotic Rescue is based in Modesto, California and we are dedicated to finding the best home for our exotic pets.  WE DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS. IMPORTANT: If you would like to adopt, please fill out an application on our website https://www.califidparrotandexotic.com/ Any other form of contact may not receive a response. ( check your spam folders ) Please tell us your level of experience, and about your home, other pets, people, etc. there is space on the adoption application, please be sure to completely fill out the form, double check your phone number and email spelling. Once you complete it and return with pictures of your appropriate enclosure or cage, we will set up a meeting.  All adoption fees are due at the time of pick up in CASH or via Venmo or Paypal (we do not take Checks, debt or credit cards). The fees are listed with each animal and vary based on the animal's species and needs. Again, we do not ship animals! ALL ADOPTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED IN PERSON and we will arrange a time and place to meet once the paperwork is completed.
