Bowser's Story

We got a call from a landlord that their tenants had moved out and abandoned their reptiles when they left. When we arrived at the building, Bowser was very skinny and had no water. He did want to eat the first day he was at our rescue, but that didn't last for long. After the first day, he began making up for lost time, chowing down on plenty of bugs and greens! We need him to go to a great home that will never leave him behind again.

If you are interested in adopting this reptile, please submit an online application at www.forgottenfriend.org/apply.

Please understand:

1. We cannot ship reptiles so you must be able to pickup in the Lancaster, PA area.

2. You must be 18 to adopt a reptile (sorry kids).

3. You must be willing to sign a no-breeding agreement and available for a home visit if needed.

4. Our #1 goal is to put our animals in the best homes and we reserve the right to deny applications for any reason. We are a very small nonprofit organization so thanks for understanding.

5. $50 Adoption fees benefit the reptile rescue.
