Boris's Story

Boris is an adult male leopard gecko that was surrendered to us recently. His owner reached out to us because he was having some medical issues that they were having trouble managing. Fortunately these issues were quickly resolved with some good husbandry changes and time. Boris is now doing very well and is ready for his forever home! <br/><br/>We believe Boris is sight impaired. So sometimes he takes a little while to find his food. He will eat his insects from a tong and prefers to be fed that way. <br/><br/>Boris does not mind being handled and enjoys spending the day exploring his enclosure.

Small n Furry Rescue's Adoption Policy

We ask that potential adopters fill out a comprehensive adoption application. This application is reviewed by the rescue. If the animal they are interested in fits with the family’s application then we will ask for photos/videos of the new pet’s living environment. We will then arrange a day for a meeting with the adopter and their adoption pick, and as long as all goes well most pets can go home the same day.
