Blue (Flowerhorn Cichlid)'s Story
Meet Blue! 💙

Yo, listen up here's a story-About a little guy-That lives in a blue world-And all day and all night-And everything he sees is just blue-Like him inside and outside
Da ba dee da ba di-Da ba dee da ba di

This beautiful creature is called a Flowerhorn. Flowerhorns are part of the Cichlid family and are well known for their interactive behavior. These Cichlids are often called "water dogs" because they recognize and respond to their owners. This fishy was pretty shy when they first arrived here at CVAR, but with love and attention he now likes to swim back and forth and show off when you walk by the tank. He has a lot of personality to share!
Flowerhorns are naturally territorial and aggressive so will need their own tank. These fish get pretty big so you will need a 55 gallon or bigger tank without other fish.
If you are interested in adopting a really unique and stunning fish please follow the link below to fill out an adoption application
